Good Eats - Instant Dry Yeast, 500 g

Good Eats Instant Yeast is a ready to use straight from the package. Instant dry yeast does not need proofing and it can be added directly into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. It absorbs water a bit quicker so the yeast cells work quite fast, enhancing the bread's rise.

The yeast can be mixed directly with recipe ingredients without first being dissolved in water or proofed. It is in this context that the yeast is characterized as "instant."

How to Use: Add required amount to recipe.

Note: If your yeast is stored in the refrigerator or freezer, we recommend allowing the dry yeast come to room temperature before using.
