• Adults and children 2 years and older apply an even layer to chest and throat, 3-4 times daily. Keep covering/clothing loose to let vapours sinse to mouth and nose. Do not place in nostrils. For children (2-12 years), application should be supervised by an adult. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use.
