Spare Parts - 100

Ordered duckbil valve for electric breast pump but received in worn out condition. Ordered twice and both the time received a damaged product only. If asked they were answering like that was the actual condition of the product and it will have a gap it seems.. I tried explaining them it should not have a gap as it reduces milk output but they were not accepting..
