Yashtimadhu Churna is an important herb used in Indian medicines. Also known as Mulethi/मुलेठी/Yastimadhu/Licorice/Liquorice/Glycyrrhiza Glabra. Yashtimadhu Churna can be used in hyperacidity, ulcer, joint pain, general debility. It is a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent.

• Conjunctivitis

• Sore throat

• Excessive uterine bleeding

CHILDREN: 250 mg to 1.5 gms

ADULTS: 1 to 3 gms (twice daily)

ADJUVANTS: Water, Lukewarm milk.

PRECAUTION & SIDE EFFECTS:

Yashtimadhu Churna side effects occur in people with hypertension. Yashtimadhu Churna should not be consumed more than 04 weeks continuously.

1. High blood pressure

2. Low potassium in the blood

3. High sodium levels

4. Bloating

5. Fluid retention

(Side effects occur only when it is taken for several months regularly)
