DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults: Take 5 ml once per day separated from products containing caffeine, or as directed by your health care provider.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist/worsen or prior to use if pregnant or breast feeding or if you suffer from liver disease or epilepsy. 
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if using psychopharmacological agents, or conventional sedative- hypnotics(or natural health products with similar effects) anxiolytics, MAO inhibitors, levodopa (or other drugs for parkinsons disease), or anti-platelet agents. 
Consumption with alcohol or anti-convulsants is not recommended.
Excessive use, or use with products that cause drowsiness, may impair your ability to operate a vehicle or use with heavy machinery. 
Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms that may signal liver problems(e.g. unexplained fatigue, abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, dark urine, yellow eyes or skin) or if gastrointestinal discomfort may occur in which case discontinue use.
