This work stages a compact helicopter as a luminous emissary moving through a fevered, textural atmosphere, where the sky’s tight spirals and the land’s ember-red striations turn motion into a kind of inner weather. The fuselage, blocked into saturated panels, reads like a stitched-together identity—part machine, part mask—while the headlight’s triangular beam cuts a fragile corridor of clarity across the turbulence. At the beam’s far end, a small cross-like marker hovers on the horizon, suggesting destination and doubt at once: guidance that feels provisional, as if faith itself were being searched for rather than found. The overall cadence is one of restless pilgrimage, with light acting less as illumination than as an insistence on meaning amid uncertainty.
