This work stages two mask-like profiles locked in an intimate, almost ceremonial proximity, their elongated planes of white acting as a shared spine of light that both separates and binds. Saturated passages of crimson and violet pulse like concealed emotions beneath the dark arching contours, while the muted, weathered ground suggests memory as a textured field where presence is continually revised. The composition compresses space into a narrow interval between faces—an arena of tension and tenderness—inviting a meditation on dialogue, duality, and the fragile architecture of connection.
