Heartfelt Promises

Absolutely avoid. I order a whole week in advance for a special occassion. Today is the special occassion and the order is not delivered yet. It is still in transit and shows a 3+ day delay. Extremely overpriced but worse than a generic and economic gifting website. They ruined my special day. Customer service is non-existent on chat, whatsapp and email.
