        The bag had scratches and folds on bottom side. The stitching on bottom side was not done properly leading to uneven folds.

        Wonderful product as expected but there are some major design flaw that needs to be mentioned: 1.the closing hook system cannot handle the weight when the bag is fully loaded and keeps on opening frequently if not handled very gently. 2. The shoulder strap hook placement in the the handle loops feels like an after thought. 3.no partition inside the bag(other than the zip pocket) makes it difficult to keep things organize.
