This work stages nature as a set of quiet emblems—vessel, leaf, and arrow—held in a measured geometry that feels both archival and intimate, as if memories were pressed into panels. Earthy greens and oxidized blues create a contemplative atmosphere, while the warm, drifting leaves puncture the stillness, lending time and breath to the composition. The central form reads like a weathered reliquary, its layered textures suggesting erosion, imprint, and the patient accumulation of lived experience. Across the diptych, directional marks and chevrons propose movement and return, turning “reflection” into a meditation on how the natural world is translated into signs we carry inward.
