It’s a plastic shell well built from outside .. but can’t really for the tissues in properly!!! Good looking but of not much use practically..

Glossy plastic finish is good. Looks great in my bathroom. However it's a little loose in opening and someone opens apart even while taking out tissues. Rest is ok.
