Sir Am also a farmer and Have cow but The price are too high at anveshan.1L of cow ghee can't cross 1200 to 1400 after all the cost and profits

I used to make own bilona ghee. Ghee is just the fat thus A1A2 hardly makes a difference. All that matters is the process of churning it from curd's fat. I know what mustard oil kacchi ghani tastes like. The ghee most probably is adulterated with either potato/tapioca starch. The mustard oil is free of isothiocynates big relief but it has some other oil spiked in it. Overall Anvesham can better it's quality for the price it charges. I would anyday prefer quality and value for money.

A2 Desi Cow Ghee & Mustard Oil

Desi Ghee was very good in quality and felt it's pure. Only issue was the texture and smell. I felt the texture was bit more gooye side than crystals which is like uncooked and needed one more boil. And within 15 days it started smelling a bit as again I felt it's because more boiling while preparing ghee was needed. Everything else was just perfect..the packing, courier etc..
