Tara Maang Tika

This piece is inspired by the stars, and by the Indian 'Gehna' which is the 'maang tika'. The maang tika literally means; a salutation decorating the brow. And this piece is just that. A gorgeous Aurora Borealis Swarovskidrop sits on the forehead, whille strands of Swarovski dotted crystals decorate the wearers head, one down the center and two tucked behind each ear. 'Barsaati' comes from the Hindi word 'Barsaat', which means the rains; the monsoon.
