Phaëton by Goltzius art print

This extraordinary work is from the series of the Four Disgracers by Goltzius. The series depict Icarus, Phaeton, Tantalus, Ixion been cast off from the Heavens as they attempt entering the realm of the Gods. The work is the brilliant collaboration between Hendrick Goltzius and  the painter Cornelis Cornelisz van Haarlem. These are printed on a fine quality ivory paper and are reproductions of old illustrations & in most cases will have the same imperfections as the original.
