The familiar contoured offset body is made from Maple, and is outfitted with a pair of Fender-Designed Single-Coil Jazz Bass pickups. The Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass '70s has a slightly thinner "C"-shaped neck profile (the shape of the neck in cross section) than most models, providing a fast, smooth and comfortable fret-hand feel. The slim taper maple neck features a black-bound maple fingerboard and black block inlays.
