NOW L-Arginine + L- Ornithine combines two essential amino acids into one optimal supplement. Arginine is necessary for urea metabolism, a process that prepares toxic ammonia for safe excretion by the kidneys. Ornithine is synthesized from Arginine and is a precursor of citrulline, proline and glutamic acid. Both of these amino acids are popular with athletes and other active individuals.

INGREDIENTS Each capsule contains:

• L-Arginine 500 mg
• L-Ornithine (from L-Ornithine Monohydrochloride) 250 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

DIRECTIONS & USE

• Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules 1-3 times daily between meals.
• Do not use beyond 8 weeks.
