Contraband Sports 7439 Hip Bands / Booty Bands are great for doing kick backs, squats, using on a stairclimber, and many other applications to increase your effort and work the legs and booty. You can always double up the bands to increase the tension as needed. Place the band higher on the legs for less force needed to stretch the band or lower around the knees or calf to increase the amount of force needed to stretch the band. Package Contents
Each single color package will contain 4 bands of a single tension. For variety packs, SET 1 contains the four lightest tension bands. SET 2 contains the four heaviest tension bands. SET 3 contains one of each of the seven band tensions available.

Recommended max tension is suggested on the resistance chart, we suggest stretching the bands no more than 1.5x the unstretched length.

Resistance bands can be cleaned with a damp cloth only, never soak in water or wash with abrasive cleaners.
