Skyec Cef DP 200mg (Cefpodoxime Proxetil) Tablets for Dogs and Cats

A higher-dosage formulation of Cefpodoxime Proxetil, suitable for treating more severe bacterial infections in pets. It offers the same broad-spectrum efficacy as the 100 mg variant but is tailored for larger animals or more serious infections.

• Composition : Cefpodoxime Proxetil equivalent to 200 mg Cefpodoxime

Indications/Uses 

• Treatment of skin infections (wounds and abscesses)
  

• Management of respiratory tract infections
  

• Treatment of urogenital tract infections
  

• Addresses gastrointestinal infections
  

Directions for use: 

• Administer 5-10 mg/kg body weight orally once daily.

• Continue treatment for 5 to 7 days or for 2 to 3 days beyond the cessation of clinical signs.

• If no improvement is observed within 3 to 4 days, reevaluate the diagnosis and consider alternative treatments.
