FiiO - Impedance Plug

Bought a Juzear defiant iem and ddfi pro usb DAC as a combo. Though the output was great, volume used be very high even at level 1 on my ipad(due to the fact that the DAC output was too high with the iem impedance being quite sensitive) So bought this impedance adapter to bring more linearity in volume control. Now able to go up to 60% volume until it feels loud, without any reduction in sound quality or dynamics.
