The shoes are comfortable and feel good to wear, but I was disappointed with the condition in which they arrived. There were minor damages on the shoes, the laces were dirty, and the cushioning inside one shoe appeared to be partially fixed or repaired. While the overall comfort is good, the product did not seem to be in completely new or intact condition. Better quality checks before shipping would improve the customer experience.
