I was excited to order this for my sister’s birthday and at the time of ordering it showed that the hamper would be delivered the next day. After the checkout they updated the status as the delivery window had passed and they will update me for the next one. It has been 2 days and I have no update on it even after emailing their customer care. The birthday has passed and so has the excitement about it. I ve never faced this with other gifting options like FnP.
