The embroidery attached is irritating on the skin. I got bruised and now I can't or don't know if will be able to use it. Sole feels slippery after use

I faced sandal bite a lot near my toe and arch area, within 15 days the colours of the sole started disappearing. Though the sole has good cushion but foot was also not comfortable, small debris were formed after using it. May be I am not going to use it as it is not at all makes me comfortable.

the thread stitching which is on the inner side has a knot kinds which rubs against the skin of the feet and u can see the damage it has caused to my feet in a single day
