400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects).

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. 

Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. 

To open child resistant blister packs inside: cut along perforations, and peel back foil from corner.
