Gulabi — Handwoven Jamdani Saree

Woven in vivid magenta pink Jamdani cotton, this saree scatters multicolour butti motifs across its body — yellow, teal and white woven forms in stylised leaf and arrow shapes, placed by hand on the loom, one thread at a time. The pallu arrives with more — denser motifs, a geometric woven border, the full Jamdani vocabulary in one sweeping length of colour.

Jamdani is not a print. It is a weave — recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Each butti is formed on the loom itself, thread by thread. The patience behind this saree is visible in every motif.
