Firm and sturdy disposable aluminium box, suitable for when pastries are required to be packaged in "Mini Buffet Style". All trays come complete with a plastic lid. 

Small aluminium tray measures: 

• 20cm (L) x 20 (W) x 5cm (H)

Able to accommodate the following pastry combinations: 

• Mini Cream / Durian Puffs x 20 to 30 pieces
• Mini Chocolate Eclairs x up to 25 pieces
• Almond Sticks x 20 to 30 pieces 

Medium aluminium tray measures: 

• 31cm (L) x 25cm (W) x 6.5cm (H)

Able to accommodate the following pastry combinations: 

• Mini Cream / Durian Puffs x 60 to 70 pieces
• Mini Chocolate Eclairs x 30 to 50 pieces
• Almond Sticks x 60 to 80 pieces
