Life Wheel

This work turns the automobile wheel into a contemporary mandala, where concentric rings of rubber and rim compress the world into a hypnotic orbit of motion and desire. The warm orange bodywork radiates like a late-day glow, while the dark tire forms a protective halo, forcing the eye inward toward a miniature street scene that reads as both destination and memory. By staging the city at the wheel’s center, the artist suggests how modern life is perpetually “in transit”—our urban narratives spinning beneath us, made small by speed yet magnified by focus. The crisp typography and graphic contours lend a poster-like clarity, but the conceptual pull is intimate: a meditation on travel as a lens through which the everyday becomes iconic.
