This intricate monochrome vision stages a quiet rite of balance: a meditative figure suspended within a triangular, temple-like geometry, as if thought itself has become architecture. The stippled cosmos above and the dense, leaf-laden canopy to either side press inward, turning the central space into a threshold where breath, water, and light circulate as one continuous current. Below, the twin, moonlike faces emerge from root and wave, suggesting the psyche’s dual aspects—wakefulness and dream—braided into the same living stem. Through obsessive mark-making and luminous tonal gradations, the work proposes an ecology of spirit, where inner illumination is not escape from nature but its most intimate expression.
