1) Make sure the photo is taken in Good Lighting.

2) Make sure NO Part of the body is cut off from the image borders

3) Avoid photos that are taken in very long shots.

4) We cannot mix two images, as it will not look nice on the product.

5) In a couple of images, if one person is very taller than the other, then the product might not look nice.

Note: We provide only a limited period warranty for the black colour enamel, as it is subject to fade on usage. It is the nature of the enamel. Please avoid using soap water, sanitizers, alcohol, detergents, nail polish remover, etc for cleaning the gold coin pendant. On a regular usage or daily wear basis the pendant is prone to scratches and it is unavoidable.

The final weight will have a tolerance of + or – 50 milligrams.
