SS 7MM Dark Blue Rosary

I bought this rosary for my husband. I love this rosary, but it snags in more places than I can count. I've tried fixing some spots, but there are just too many. I don't know how they can allow such poor workmanship. And don't they have anyone checking the final product before sending it out? And my time might be running out for sending it back, but I've been so busy with other problems I've been dealing with! How very frustrating! Catholic Company could certainly improve its quality.
