Baby Nasal Aspirator 0-5 Years with Snotsucker mechanism (Blue)

The product was receiving with opened box, when I continue to open with further confusion I see a clearly used and washed product with scratches. No response from the customer care team yet. This is not at all acceptable for the Products that require most hygiene. Never ordering from luvlap again. Thanks
