Nishikiito thread by Cosmo Lecien is a truly exceptional metallic hand embroidery thread. Made in Japan using the same techniques that are used for the traditional golden threads used to make kimono, Nishikiito thread has a beautiful bright, glossy sheen and abrasion-resistant. The feel of the thread is much softer and smoother than standard metallic threads, so it snags less and is easier to work with.

The Champagni Collection of Nishikiito threads are the softer side of metallics. These threads are pastel colors that sparkle like the bubbles in champagne.
