360-degree cooling when refrigerated and effective for the next 15-20 minutes. Good grip and no smell. Light Blue colour is also very cool.

The heat lasts for under 10 mins, after heating as per the instructions. It can't be heated more than that in a microwave orbit becomes too hot to wear around the head. A hot water bag does a much better job and is faaaar cheaper.
