The high definition Moon image generated by the Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter (LOLA) of NASA let the visualization of fine details like shadows and texture of the Moon surface possible, they are accurately transferred to the Silver Moon Puzzle. The production of this 1000 pcs puzzle employed 1200dpi HD gallery offset print with 6 specialized colors; to achieve the best visual presentation. The puzzle image is printed on heavyweight Japanese metallic paper and high-grade cardboard; giving volume and tactility. After printing, the fabrication moves to the last but the most important procedure – The Silver Moon Puzzle works with premium-grade die-cut blades, the tools make sharp and smooth cuts so all puzzle pieces snap together nicely and are dust-free.
