• Medicinal Ingredients: MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), Meriva® Curcumin Phytosome® (Curcumin phospholipids), Enovita® Grape seed Extract (Vitis vinifera, seed, 95% proanthocyanidins). Note: A proprietary delivery vehicle for Meriva® curcumin, Phytosome® technology makes possible a 29-fold improvement in absorption as compared to the standard 95% curcumin turmeric extracts. Meriva® and Enovita® are trademarks of Indena S.p.A. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), Microcrystalline cellulose, Phosphatidylcholine (sunflower lecithin) – Alcohol free.

• Take 2 capsules 2 times daily. Take with food. Avoid taking at bedtime. Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners; if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction; if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid.
