OG GHEE is deliciously caramelized, lactose free, and has a high smoke point (485F). This makes it exceptionally versatile for pretty much anything you use it for!

• 100% unsalted Canadian butter.

• Sear your Steaks/meat with it. Fry your eggs, mushrooms and potatoes in it. Spread it on toast, banana bread, English muffins etc. Use as a base for sauces like hollandaise, bernaise, etc. Saute and stir fry your veggies. Roast chicken and hardy veg like broccoli, and cauliflower in the oven. Pop your popcorn directly in ghee because of its high smoke point!
