The volume containing the text is inscribed and signed by ‘Tim’, possibly Tim Hilton one of the authors of that volume. 

Each: 23 x 22.5 cm

Held in slip-case which is damaged and has signs of wear. Volumes in good overall condition. Some fading to covers. Please see photos.
