What’s Included:

- Hardware protection: Covers defects in materials and build for major internal and external hardware components, such as the motor, heating system, and electronics, etc.

- Critical software updates: Free for 7 years from date of purchase. 

- Recipes & AI updates: Free until January 2028. Post January 2028, all recipes released before 2028 remain available permanently.

- Faulty parts will be repaired or replaced.

- Free replacement: If a major defect cannot be repaired, we’ll replace your device at no cost.

- Service options:

> Doorstep pick-up & drop-off in Bengaluru, Mumbai (including Thane and Navi Mumbai), Pune (including Pimpri-Chinchwad), Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Mysore.

Validity: Warranty and service are valid only in India.

What’s Not Covered:

- Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, cosmetic fading).

- Jars, blades, consumables, or accessories.

Future Updates:

- After January 2028, new recipes, AI features, and updates will be available via a subscription plan at ₹149/month.

- Extended warranty does not include access to these new features.
