The product is cool. It does help me with my acne also reduces the redness but it's bit drying,my skin feels little tight post-application.

Everything is great but the spray of the HOCL spray is defective and yes I did sent an email to you guys but It wasn’t replaced rather I was told that you guys can’t do anything about it.
