Story

The Greeks believed that the link between this world and the next was a river. A river that held magical powers and could also grant immortality to those that sought its refuge. And if you wanted to make your way safely down this river, youd have to pay Charon, the ferryman, the price of a single gold coin. It fascinated her to learn that the journey from life to what lay beyond was a river “ a waterbody that was never still or at ease, but constantly on the move. It made her think about how life was also like a river “ with its highs and lows, but always on the move. Nothing was permanent and yet everything was profound. Every moment was rich with meaning and fertile with opportunity. She resolved to never let a single moment of her life pass by unfulfilled ever again so that when it was time to finally meet Charon, it would be the start of yet another chapter in her journey.

Description 

Handloom cotton is handwoven by our weavers on mechanical looms. The process is time and labour-intensive, using techniques that have been passed down across generations of artisans. The resultant fabric is extraordinarily soft, breathable and resilient, and also drapes very well. Using handloom cotton not only helps us to work with smaller weavers but also plays an important role in reducing the environmental footprint of the garments we produce.
