






WickedGud Classic Hakka Noodles are made from whole wheat flour (atta), split moong beans (moong dal), oat flour, brown rice flour, jowar flour, and tapioca starch. No maida. Completely oil-free, no frying at all, not even in rice bran oil.
Each 200g serving provides 15g protein (from moong dal and wheat gluten) and 9g dietary fibre (from oats and whole wheat). Trans fat: 0g. Saturated fat: 0.17g per serving.
The noodle base is built for Indo-Chinese stir-fry cooking, tossed with vegetables, soy sauce, chilli oil, or your preferred sauce. Cooks in 6 to 8 minutes. Strain, add sauce, done.
