Medicinal Ingredients: 250 mg per capsule. A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 1250 mg of dried Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis, herb top). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), Organic Maltodextrin Maltodextrin - Alcohol free.

Dosage: Adults & adolescents 13 & over: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep aid, full daily dose can be taken at bedtime. Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness.
