GY coffee is good; our clean decaf traded decaf beans are fully washed, sun dried & air-roasted Arabica beans. The caffeine is extracted via Mountain Water Process (MWP) and NOT chemicals! We go further and test for the common coffee mycotoxins, harmful bacteria, mold and fungi etc. to ensure our beans are clean.
Mountain Water Process (MWP) is a method of indirect decaffeination using pure water to decaffeinate the beans. The process begins with lab analysis of the chemical composition of the bean to determine optimal conditions. Beans are then steamed and prepared for extraction. The extraction process uses a water-based saturated solution that removes the caffeine while keeping the coffee's flavour compounds in place. Thank God technology has advanced in such a way to have both no caffeine AND flavour!

How to brew a perfect coffee: Start with hot spring water (91-96 C is the ideal temp.). Use 2 tablespoons ground coffee per 6 oz water. Grind beans just before brewing. Enjoy black or try something different by frothing your coffee in the blender with earthy spices, GY Maca, GY Vanilla, Coco Soul coconut milk, and sweetener, or not. Adjust coffee, water, sweet & misc. additions as desired to find your perfect brew. Share your coffee love with others
