A hand-woven wool dhurrie in ivory and black with kilim pattern β the high-contrast geometry laid in horizontal bands across a flatweave ground. Dhurries are woven flat without pile, lighter than knotted carpets, easier to move and clean. The kilim technique layers geometric motifs in contained bands, the ivory and black reading graphic and bold. Woven in Bhadohi or Mirzapur by dhurrie artisans working in the Uttar Pradesh flatweave tradition. The black-and-ivory pairing sharpens a room rather than softening it. Suited to contemporary interiors where contrast anchors the floor. 100% wool, flatweave.
