Stretch it Out: Stretch Grip gently with your hands for a comfy fit Lube it Up: Grip should always be used with a water-based lube. Add to the inside of the stroker, and/or directly onto the desired body part. Stroke it Out: Slide Grip on and start stroking. Play with the speed, pressure, and angle.
