Remove the tofu from the packaging and drain any excess liquid. Cut the tofu into desired size and shape for your recipe. To fry the tofu, heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil. Add the tofu and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. To bake the tofu, preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly oil a baking sheet and place the tofu on the sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the tofu once halfway through cooking, until golden brown. To grill the tofu, brush with oil and place on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear. Please note: Heat it to 160Β°F (71Β°C) minimum before consuming.
