This artwork is part of the "Petals and Fins" series by Anisha Koshy. Growing up in a family passionate about gardening, Anisha cultivated a deep appreciation for the blooms in her garden. Observing Bella's graceful movements, she noticed the striking resemblance between the fish's fins and flower petals. This realization sparked the "Petals and Fins" series, which beautifully bridges the aquatic and botanical worlds. In these paintings, flowing fish fins merge seamlessly with delicate flower petals, creating a harmonious interplay of form, texture and colour. The paintings invite the viewer to contemplate the shared beauty found in the diverse creations of God.
