Description

This beautiful orange silk dupatta features lace and Bandhani work. Bandhani is an ancient tie-dye technique that dates back to 4,000 BCE. It is a highly skilled process and involves tying portions of the fabric with thread before dying, to produce intricate patterns.

Silk is a natural fibre produced by the cocoons of silkworms. The shimmering appearance of silk is attributed to the prism-like structure of its fibres. While being smooth and soft, pure silk is also extremely durable and not slippery.
