• Suggested Use

Remove paper lid & provided stir stick. Add ¾ cup water or use the fill line. MICROWAVE for 30 seconds & STIR. (Microwave and stir 2X for Chocolate or Maple flavor, 3X for Blended or Apple flavor) Microwaves vary, adjust cooking time as needed. CAUTION: Cup and content will be HOT.
