This work stages a fractured landscape where molten reds and coral tones press against a dusk-like horizon, turning the ground into a psychological field rather than a stable place. Dark, arching forms—part doorway, part canyon—slice the composition into compartments of memory, while chalky white marks flicker like brief messages trying to cross the divide between interior and exterior. The tension between velvety blacks and luminous warm planes suggests a narrative of passage: the viewer is pulled through thresholds that promise shelter yet remain uneasy, as if the painting were mapping how desire and disquiet coexist in the same terrain.
