I ordered a sunglass glass but I received a shirt, that too of not my size. I reported this to the customer care thru email and chat but didnt get any response. This is very poor customer service and completely ignoring your customer after sales. I requested for an exchange but the delivery partner denied to pickup the product saying its the wrong product that I am trying to return. You are strangling your customer in the mess created by you.
